Dream Box Return Policy
What You Should Do on Delivery
Please double check the following when your item arrives:
1) Scan the box for damage.
2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
3) Remove the packaging and inspect the item.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your
delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.
We want to make sure you received the correct product in good condition. If it’s broken on
arrival, or there is a manufacturer’s defect, or we delivered the wrong item to you, you must
notify us of the issue within 21 days of delivery. As long as you notify us of the issue within that
time frame, we’ll either get you a replacement product or, if that’s not possible, you can return
the items for a refund. If you return a broken or defective product, return shipping costs will
apply, and the item must be in its original packaging to be accepted. If we sent you the wrong
item, we will reimburse you for shipping the product back to us. Other than these limited
exceptions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To notify us of a problem with your order, go to your previous order, and open a warranty claim on the product. You’ll need to submit photos of the
damage or defect, so make sure to have those ready.
In the event you’re owed a refund, you can choose to receive Dream Box credit or you
can have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be
deducted from the refund amount.
Mattress Return Policy
Our return policy is slightly different for mattresses. Every mattress comes with the applicable
manufacturer’s warranty, and those warranties vary by manufacturer. If you have an issue with
your mattress, please notify us of the issue by going to your previous order, and open a warranty claim on the product. Warranty information with mattresses differ between mattresses, warranty information is listed further down on this page.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For all items delivered between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to notify us of the
broken or defective item is extended until January 31.
